The Three Project Phases

Phase 1 — Demolition
Removing floor coverings, wallpaper, non-load-bearing walls, sanitary fixtures, and old kitchens. Protection of stairwells, and sorting/disposal of all waste at the recycling center.

Phase 2 — Light Construction
New drywall partitions, wall and ceiling repairs, floor leveling, plumbing and electrical adaptations, and creating non-structural openings. Preparing all surfaces for the finishing stage.
- 3
Phase 3 — Finishing
Painting, tiling, parquet or laminate flooring, installing fixtures and the kitchen, baseboards, doors, lighting, silicone, and final cleaning. We finish room by room so the home is habitable as soon as possible.

Coordination and Planning
One contact for the whole site, a written schedule by phase, and regular updates—by phone for private clients, by email with photos for property managers.
