Quotes
All projects are subject to a free written quote. The quote is valid for 30 days and becomes binding upon written acceptance.
Execution of Work
Deadlines are respected except for unforeseen site issues (discovery of damp, non-compliant installations, material delivery delays). Any changes will be subject to an amendment approved before execution.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required at the start of the project and the balance upon completion, payable within 30 days.
Warranty
Our work is guaranteed in accordance with Swiss industry standards. Defects must be reported in writing as soon as they are discovered.
