Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Project Start
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date are fully refunded, excluding any custom-ordered materials.
Late Cancellation
Less than 7 days before the start, organization costs and already acquired materials remain due; the remainder of the deposit is refunded.
Non-Compliant Work
If a service does not match the accepted quote, we will rectify it at our expense. If rectification is not possible, the relevant item will be refunded.
